Customer's reviews
Keith and his team (Jefferson and Kevin) were fantastic. We had them remodel our masterbath and guest bathroom. And the job they did was fantastic. Even the county inspector was impressed! Keith is easy to work with, listens well and did a fantastic job translating our vision to reality. We have a Spa level master bath now and we love it. Their timeliness was spot on, we did have the usual shipping delays (especially during the flooding earlier this year in Snohomish County) but as soon as thing came in they were on top of it and got things installed very quickly, The flooding added about a week to the timeline. Its been about 3 months since they finished and we have had no issues. We liked their work so much that we retained them to remodel our Guest Bathroom and again no issues and they were a pleasure to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with LC Builders for a complete remodel of my shower, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
From the beginning, the team impressed me with their professionalism and attention to detail. They removed my old prefab shower kit and replaced it with beautiful tiles, transforming the entire space into something truly stunning.
One of the standout features is the niche they added for my soaps, which I really missed in my previous setup. It’s such a practical addition! The installation of a frameless shower door has also elevated the look, giving the space a modern and elegant touch.
I was particularly impressed with how clean the crew was throughout the project. Each day, they took the time to clean up after themselves, and by the end, it felt like they had never been there at all!
Now, I can enjoy relaxing showers in my gorgeous tiled shower. I highly recommend LC Builders for any remodeling projects. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable!

As a local real estate agent in Snohomish County, I recently worked with LC Builders to obtain several estimates for a client’s home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
I met with Keith, who was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. Whenever my client or I had questions, he was easy to reach and always quick to respond. He provided detailed estimates that were clear, organized, and easy to understand.
I will gladly recommend LC Builders to all of my clients! Keith and his team have earned my trust through their reliability, professionalism, and excellent communication. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who genuinely cares about keeping everyone informed and making the process as smooth as possible.
Thank you, Keith and LC Builders, for such a great experience!
